Job Description
This forward thinking Local Authority is looking for a Development Control Planner to work with them on contract/temporary basis. They are looking for someone with experience of processing planning applications and dealing pre application advice. You will need to have worked in a similar capacity previously.
You will get to deal with a varied case load of applications that will include: retail, commercial, industrial and mixed use schemes.
This is a real opportunity to help shape the future of this urban environment. The contract is initially 3 months but there is a real opportunity for a long term extension.
