Job Description
A unitary authority based in a picturesque borough in North London is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work as part of their friendly and experienced team.
The role is for a Quantity surveyor working on a wide range of medium to large projects. This multi-disciplined role includes surveying on both housing, non-housing and educational projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of schemes in an interesting and varied environment. It is an office based role but does require visits to site and offers flexible working hours.
Applicants will need to be able to work as part of the team, have previous experience in project quantity surveying and be IT literate. It is highly desirable that you are chartered, have local authority experience, a full UK driving license and your own transport.
