With 2 offices and 50 staff they have immense room for growth and the first step is to increase their turnover by an impressive 20-30%. In the business plan retail is one of the leading sectors with education, commercial, and industrial markets targeted for achieving their ambitious targets. This company is ideal for Senior Surveyor who has ambition to match the companies forecast and is capable of running jobs up to £20m on site and leading commercial teams of 3-4. Long-term career development is definitely within the grasp of all successful candidates upon good performance. You will ideally have a background in non-residential although a strong candidate with residential experience will also be welcomed to apply for the positions available. Ideally you will be either MRICS or MCIOB and a degree qualification is essential. The package will be looked at accordingly for the applicants experience, skills and aspiration with the aim of completing a deal all parties are happy to agree to.
