This respected multi disciplinary organisation who have 2 sites across England work on cutting edge projects for their prestigious clients within the retail sector.
Formed 20 years ago they are now an influential player and offer their loyal customer base a tailored and innovative design service.
A new position created by business growth has arisen in their London office.

This high profile role requires project management skills where you will control and supervise a small design team on developments.
Key responsibilities will include submissions of planning and building regulations approval and you will liaise with landlord and solicitors acting for them at pre contract stage.

Candidate will be fully qualified and will hold extensive experience in AutoCAD and 3 d visualisations. You will be capable of running jobs on a daily basis and carry out site supervision on prestigious projects.
A driving licence is required.
