Our cleint are a celebrated worldwide consuiltancy providing a host of services throughout the globe who are cmmittted to excellence in every sector they cover.
Due to exapnsion in their architectural team who are working on major re - generational programmes and hih scale resiendtial commissions they are now looking to add a noted design manager who can continue their hard work.

In close partnership with the senior architect and urban design team this crucial appointment will see you co - ordinating the work of the in house and external within single master plans.
Supported by an array of talent from fellow colleagues you will work closely with major clients guiding them through all stages of design development.
Attending various sites you will provide technical expertise and ensure projects are adhering to codes of practice throughout the process.

This high profile role requires a solid grounding of working for a consultancy or recognised house builder on houses up to 1000 houses perc circa.
You will possess an outstanding technical knowledge and be fully aware of the whole design process.
High organisational skills and a ’can do’ self motivated are required.
A high level of AutoCAD proficiency is required.
