Job Description

An Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Engineer with a Civil Engineering Degree, with an interest and ideally experience in River engineering, to join a World Class Engineering Consultancy in their offices in Kent, South East England.

As part of their River Engineering Team, you will develop your skills in the following areas:

» The management of small – medium sized flood risk management projects
» Technical inputs to feasibility/ design including environmental, structural and hydraulic aspects
» Working with a multi-disciplinary project teams, including client interfacing and liaising with internal personnel all levels of seniority
» Producing Technical papers and reports

In order to meet our client’s requirements:

» You will need to demonstrate your knowledge/ skills in design, concrete, steel, geotechnics, drainage, water supply or similar
» Knowledge of flood Risk management or River Engineering
» Good English Communication Skills
» The ability to interface well with clients, consul tees and the general public
