Job Description
You will assist in providing financial estimates and statistics for annual capital and revenue budgets. You will operate within the financial limits and budgetary arrangements of the Directorate, including compliance with all systems set up for the recording of staff time allocation, expenditure, income and associated financial transactions and procedures.
A background in the preparation and management of construction contracts particularly in relation to the maintenance and alteration of existing buildings is required.
