Job Description
You will be required to undertake inspections and valuations in relation to Right-to-Buy sales. Inspecting, valuing, negotiating and gaining agreement of terms for sale, lease, CPO or purchase of smaller sites, houses or business premises.
You will arrange for, the sale or purchase of land and property by private treaty, tender or auction.
Helping with valuation and estimates relating to property including Fire insurance, annual Housing stock revaluation and annual capital valuations.
Carry out feasibility studies and other smaller projects, including reviews of the use of Council property, as required.
