Job Description

You will be required to run a commercial building refurbishment project. You will be responsible for the design, procuring and supervising the alterations and construction work.
Ideally you will be a qualified Building Surveyor. You must have a background of delivering projects, refurbishing and designing office accommodation either in public or private sector.
You could also be from an architectural background and be experienced in maintenance and refurbishment projects. With a knowledge and understanding of working in occupied buildings and in refurbishment. Advanced project management skills. Space utilisation skills. Procurement expertise in public sector projects. Good interpersonal skills. Able to co-ordinate multiple disciplines and AutoCAD ability.
