Job Description
The Authority have frequently employed Town Planning contractors who have recently arrived from abroad and possess a strong Development Control background from back home, so prior UK experience is not essential.
The caseload is varied, with a mixture of city centre, rural, and greenbelt related applications, and the hourly rate is certainly competitive, especially when considering the lower costs of living when compared to London.
