This Planning Officer role has come up to cover for a period of Maternity Leave and will focus predominately on the assessment of development applications, most of which will be minor though there is the opportunity to take on more challenging proposals.
Development Control experience from either the UK or abroad is required for this role, and the successful candidate will be rewarded with a very competitive hourly rate.
This is contract post for 3months, with the possibility of further extension.
