Job Description

Our client, a luxury 4* hotel situated in the North of Scotland, requires a Junior Sous Chef to specialise in Pastry. The Hotel is hidden away among thirty acres of rolling Aberdeenshire countryside. Inspired by the royal residence at Balmoral Castle, a few miles upstream, this luxurious modern hotel is beautifully crafted from an imposing 19th century mansion house. Diners can
feast on an international cuisine in the 2 rosette restaurant or for more relaxed occasions can enjoy the brasserie type cuisine offered in the bar. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a flair for patisserie and will have at least 2 years rosette experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4* environment. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.
