Job Description

A Chef de Partie is required for a luxury 4* hotel with a two rosette restaurant located in the midst of thirty acres of Aberdeenshire countryside. The restaurant serves a modern European type cuisine and the bar boasts a brasserie type menu. The kitchen serves up 80 covers a night in the restaurant with an additional 30 covers in the bar. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running your own section and will assist in the development of junior team members. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion and flair for cooking and will have at least 2 years rosette experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4* environment. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.
