To start ASAP for 3months
Will be based at Accrington Victoria Hospital but will be going to community in Blackburn area so MUST have a car
Experience in Paediatrics and Equipment and Adaptations is preferred.
No accommodation available
If a Band 7 then they can offer 33hours per week, If a Band 6 then they can offer 37hours per week
