Job Description
A vibrant Local Authority urgently requires a Planning Technician to support a busy Development Control Department. You will play a key role vetting and validating planning applications, updating the development database, generating reports, and dealing with general enquires from developers / members of the public. Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience as a planning technician or technical support officer in the UK or overseas.
