Job Description
Established RC frame contractor currently working on a number of new projects including Docklands, Gypsy Corner, Hammersmith and Hackney needs a QS who is capable of running a dedicated project with contract package values from £300k to £3.5m. The specific elements in demand are for the trades following on from the RC frame through to handover to the end client. Brick and blockwork, M&E, roofing, curtain walling, fitout and decorating packages. The projects are commercial and residential either single or multiple useage.
Experienced in the build elements of projects you will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and a formal qualification.
