Our client specialises in finding and reclaiming sites, identifying the full potential, based on their size, shape, accessibility and immediate surroundings, taking into account the local planning authority's housing policy. Then with the company's Design & Build capability they proceed with the developments. With a wide range of types and styles of development, including luxury executive homes, affordable housing and special housing for the disabled, a complete site development package including planning consent is prepared maximising the site value and complimenting the local environment.
We are seeking candidates who want a stable future where a 5 day week allows you to enjoy life outside the work environment.
Able to deal with sub-contract enquiries, H&S files, tenants manuals and the day to day QS duties you will join a young team with a good spirit. The work is generally within a 20 mile radius of Croydon.
Knowledge of D&B construction technique, current Health & Safety Regulations and an ability to see a job through to completion are all helpful.
We are interested in talking to fresh graduates and/or Surveyors with 1 to 5 years industry experience. Salary to reflect level of candidate.
