This well established medium sized practice in West Sussex are currently after a senior project architect to join their expanding practice. You will need to be well organized with strong design skills, have the ability to manage projects internally by organising information required on time and supervising junior staff. The right candidate will also need the ability to manage projects externally by liaising with consultants, contractors & sub-contractors. Prepare planning and building control applications, working drawing packages & specification.

You will need to be proficient in the latest AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office programmes, have a thorough working knowledge of Building Regulations. With a good understanding of Designers obligations under CDM Regulations.
