Job Description

Our client is rapidly expanding and acquiring many exciting new projects within various sectors. You will ideally have experience with medium to large scale projects.
You will also be involved in aspects of managing less experienced surveyors. The successful candidate will need to monitor, control and report on financial matters relating to a contract and advise to the Commercial Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be:
" Prepare and agree interim valuations
" Prepare and agree final accounts
" Contractual correspondence
" Preparing and monitoring cash flow and budgets
" Contribute to the design process
" Procure sub-contractors, measure and valuation of sub-contract accounts.
