As a specialist in private residential renovation work, this Practice is in the enviable position of providing extremely sophisticated high spec solutions to some of the most high profile clients and prestigious residences. Projects range in value of up to £25 million, are often listed buildings and require a multi-discipline approach.

The consistently growing client list means that they now require a Senior Technician to join the team and to assist in maintaining their excellent reputation. Whilst leading a small team, you will have the opportunity to work on high spec projects with sophisticated and unusual features.

All applicants must have high spec residential experience and total proficiency in AutoCAD is also preferred (but not essential). If you have an eye for sophisticated design and detail and the relevant experience this is a great career opportunity. In return you will gain a competitive salary and benefits package.
