Job Description
To work on a variety of maintenance and Refurbishment works to a hospital estate.
Ideally you will have experience of working in the NHS or with public sector clients on corporate/ Public Buildings.
You will be responsible for diagnosing repairs, preparing reports and specifications.
In addition you will be dealing with various department heads advising of the impact of works to the departments concerned.
