Job Description

This global architecture studio based in the West End, specialises in design and consulting across a variety of sectors and world regions. It now requires a Contracts Administrator to administer and manage the practice’s duties under the JCT building contracts.

As a construction professional you will be specifically responsible for the Contracts Administration for an exciting and prestigious hotel/apartment project in Central London.

You will be required to work closely with the design team, contractors on site and consultants, providing instructions and support on any JCT contract issues.

The right candidate will have experience in construction and the delivery of large scale projects, be fully conversant with JCT building contracts, and have an understanding of CDM requirements.
