Our Client, one of the highest rated 4*country house hotels in North London with a 2 rosette awarded restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade. The kitchen uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients available from the local suppliers and serves a modern European Cuisine. Successful candidates should have previous 3* or 4*experience with the enthusiasm to learn new skills The successful candidate must be flexible about areas of work and will be passionate about the food he produces. He / she will demonstrate strong leadership skills, at the same time being eager to develop their own skills working with fresh ingredients under the guidance of the Head Chef and will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record. All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary £16.5K per annum
