Job Description
This leading specialist food consultancy company catering for the hospitality industry are looking for a Project Director to join their expanding team based in East London, Barking.
As the Project Director you will report directly to the Head of Design ensuring he is fully briefed on the progress of projects and maintain accurate monthly timesheets and fee billing summaries.
Managing time and expenses within pre-determined timescales, you should keep abreast of industry trends and maximise opportunities to obtain additional work whilst cross-selling all services. Responsible for the supervision, development and mentoring of design consultants, you will carry out one-2-ones and identify skill gaps as necessary.
