Our Client are a FTSE listed organisation with a well recognised and established brand. This role represents a truly unique opportunity for an individual looking to move onsite.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Recruitment; ideally within a specialist agency environment (i.e. IT, Finance, Marketing). Onsite experience is beneficial although by no means essential.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

• Full life-cycle recruitment responsibility; source, screen and interviewing (both face to face and using psychometric testing)
• Adherence to the established resourcing process
• Liaising and supporting line managers – advising and guiding them through the process both professionally and within agreed time limits
• Provide regular feedback and reporting to line managers
• Keep updated on resourcing trends, both internally and externally to ensure that my client is always an employer of choice.

Candidate skills required

Essential requirements:

• Strong and consistent track record of recruitment experience within an Agency environment.
• Be comfortable with, and demonstrate, a strong track record of liaising with senior stake holders,
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• The ability to manage your own workload effectively
• Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
• Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment
• Knowledge of IT and IT systems (i.e. candidate tracking applications)
