Overview of company
Our Client are a leading organisation based in West London. This role, working through an RPO provider, will be managing a team of 5 people.
We are keen to see CV's of candidates who have onsite Recruitment Management experience (either RPO or Corporate client).
Ideally you should have recruitment experience across Head Office functions (Legal, Finance, HR, IT etc).

Management of onsite Recruitment and Sourcing Consultants
Account Performance Management (Against SLA Targets)
Financial responsibility accuracy of reporting, invoicing and credit control
Overseeing and improving a multi-channel sourcing strategy
Issue and conflict management, key point of escalation
Reporting to both Reflect and CPW Management on a regular basis
Overseeing production of detailed Management Information Statistics
Communication & Relationship management to key business stakeholders
Maximising revenue through expanding the service, exceeding KPI's and cross-selling
Recruitment, training and performance management on on-site team
Project and Change Management including active participation in the HR Business plan
Leading tactics & value-added projects to ensure continual improvement of the service
Driving internal and external referral schemes to maximise direct hiring
Management of Agency suppliers (PSL) for surety of supply supplier reviews etc
Developing Talent Pools of relevant candidates for each client
Conducting salary benchmarking exercises for both permanent and contract candidates
Managing and implementing on-line recruitment technologies like i-Grasp
Introduce and continually improve HR and Recruitment best practice
Develop trusted advisor status with Directors across the CPW group (Subject Matter Expert)
Constantly review and improve KPI's ie reducing reliance on 3rd party suppliers
Candidate skills required
Essential requirements:
RPO or Onsite Recruitment experience
Team Leading / Management experience
Professional services recruitment background
Desirable Skills and abilities:
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Good presentation skills
Strong time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly
Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
Well developed IT skills
Able to analyse and problem solve from complex information and make an informed decision
Good organisational skills
