Our Client are a well established brand. This role represents a great opportunity to work in an established and successful internal recruitment team.

We are looking for candidates with strong candidate sourcing experience who can demonstrate an aptitude and desire to focus on sourcing candidates directly into the business.

Any recruitment industry discipline will be considered although a background in IT, sales, marketing, Finance or IT recruitment experience would be advantageous.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

• Responsibility for networking, headhunting & database search of prospective candidates
• Develop knowledge of the marketplace and competitors to maintain an effective recruitment and selection process. Use this knowledge to recommend and assist in developing recruitment strategies and maintain competitiveness in hiring
• Offer speed, flexibility and consistency in dealing with recruitment needs.
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of candidate sourcing methods e.g. contingency, search, advertising, job boards, websites etc
• Routinely involved in problem solving e.g. analysis and interpreting data and challenge assumptions where required

Candidate skills required

Essential requirements:

• Resourcing / Research experience within a Recruitment agency or onsite environment.
• Be comfortable with, and demonstrate, a strong track record of headhunting & networking for candidates.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• The ability to manage your own workload
• Excellent organisation skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• A proactive, diplomatic, assertive and flexible nature
• Passion for your work with the desire and motivation to succeed in a hardworking environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Well developed IT skills

Salary £125 p/day to £250 p/day (Negotiable depending on experience) + bonus.
