Job Description

With an increasing work load in the area of Urban Design, my client have a vacancy within their team. They require someone with an urban design qualification and preferably a background in architecture and/or landscape architecture. You will have a number of years post graduate experinence and be comfortable playing a lead role on projects. You will have diverse experience in all aspects of the discipline including policy advice, assessments, development strategies, concept design, master planning and site design. You will have experience within a multidisciplinary team and have well developed design ability, freehand graphics, presentation skills and project management capabilities.
My client is an international multi-disciplinary firm looking for experienced Urban Designers who are committed to producing high quality work. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a master planning background and be able to work effectively in a team. They are seeking individuals who are able to work at all levels of client interaction with an interest in international work and the ability to work on large materplan projects (waterfront and many outside the UK) .
