Job Description
The Primary care Therapy Team is a multidisciplinary team working with adults in their own homes/ community setting.
The work varies and mainly covers musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, respiratory and elderly patients. We don't see acute neurological conditions.
Ideally we need someone who is Band 6 or above, who has had experience of the above areas and in treating patients in the community setting (in their homes) as we all work independently in the patients homes, so safety and knowledge of this is essential. Based in South West London
