OT Band 6/7
Based in General Rehab, Adults and Older People Rehab.
This is to Clear Waiting List.
Will be in the community.
Car will be required.
Will be required from now for 8-12 weeks. Can start whenever they want as long as 12 weeks is over by the end of March as the Caseload needs to be completed by this stage.
No Accommodation available.
