Job Description

Qualified Social Worker required for a reputable East London Borough where you will be joining the Adults with Learning Disabilities Team. The role is to undertake the assessment of the needs and wishes of service users and their carers and ensure their incorporation into individual care plans with particular reference to discriminated against groups. You will participate in multi-disciplinary assessments and to undertake care manager and key worker/service provider functions where appropriate.

The Position is to start ASAP and is for 6 months initially. You must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work Qualification, GSCC registered with a current CRB, driver preferred.
