Job Description

A Senior Night Auditor is required for a 4* luxury Hotel located in Essex. The role requires candidates to manage the night operation to ensure a guest focused and safe environment and that all security measures are met. He/she will be responsible for the management of the hotel, guests and associates during the duration of the night and will manage the night audit process as well as training and developing new recruits in the department. Successful candidates will be able to use Fidelio Front Office PMS, be able to use Marsha, the global reservations system and be able to operate Mitel Switchboard and Voicelink messaging system. Successful applicants will have strong communication skills as well as being flexible, organized, innovative, pro-active and reliable. He/she will be able to work alone and within a team. All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
