Full Time - will take 2 Locums on JOB share

To work with dementia. The locum will be based at Medlock Court, Lees, Oldham. May move base but not further away. (Lime Croft - centre of Oldham) Please note the accommodation is very limited.

1. Postholder will be working with clients over age of 65
years who have a diagnosis of dementia but also have physical
difficulties such as chest infection, urinary tract infection
or temporary mobility problems which necessitates
intervention from the intermediate care team within mental
health services.

Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) experience would be a benefit

2. Previous experience in working with older adults
suffering from physical/mental health difficulties (and
specifically dementia )is desirable but extensive experience
in working within mental health settings may qualify a
potential applicant dependent upon experience.
