Unique opportunity for a Director of Project Management to set up an office offering Project Management services in London.

My client has recently been brought out by a larger consultancy and are thus expanding their offices. They are a leading medium-sized practice of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, established in 1992, and now operating throughout the United Kingdom for a range of national and regional companies. They have offices in Cardiff, Colwyn Bay and Bristol plus a satellite Sheffield office and they are looking at expanding into London, hence this opportunity.

Working across sectors in the built environment the enviable list of clients includes British Airways, Eastern Valley Housing Association, Clearwater Properties, Sovereign Housing Association, Southern Cross Healthcare, Royal Bank of Scotland and Nationwide Building Society and Various Local Authorities.

The initial sector focused on will be the sector that the successful individual is strong in. However, the long-term desire would be to work across all sectors of the building industry e.g. retail, industrial, residential private, residential public, education, healthcare and commercial.
