An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a civil engineer to be engaged within a highly regarded organisation in Australia.

You will be required to work within the Infrastructure division, and your main tasks will be overseeing the design of major roads and highways.

The project includes the design and construction of 39km roadway, 17 interchanges, 6km of untolled bypasses, some 80 bridges, urban design, 1.5km twin three-lane tunnels, landscaping and a world leading multi-lane free-flow tolling system.

There is an opportunity for long term employment for the right person.

To be eligible for consideration, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience in geometric design of Main Roads & Highways
- Good understanding of design packages such as MX and Inroads
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microstation
- Ability to work as part of a team

The position is on a contract basis, based in the CBD with a multi-national engineering firm. Remuneration is negotiable and based on experience
