Job Description

Due to continued growth and acquisition of new contracts, they require the skills of a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager.

Key Tasks for this position are :

o Ensuring Scheme budgets are accurate
o Expert in build costs to give the business confidence and ensure that our standard costs are accurate
o Reducing our build costs through innovative design and review process
o Business advisors of risk, build cost and capital trend analysis
o Driving and policing our processes to ensure our schemes are best value and cost certain when approved for construction
o Performance managing our consultants for accuracy, consistency and best advise.

To be successful with your application you would ideally have Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience.

The Construction industry in London is going through a strong growth period.
