Job Description

They currently require the skills of a Planning Supervisor to oversee the planning and co-ordination of their projects.
You will be required to undertake the following:

• Project Planning
• Comprising Programming
• Progress Monitoring
• Information Flow
• Procurement
• Construction Works.

In order to carry out the role effectively, it will be necessary to liaise with all parties including the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities on all matters relating to planning and programming.
The Planner will be expected to contribute to progress control as a member of the project team and assist in the management of change in regards to impact on programs and progress, and financial feasibility.

The Construction industry in London is going through a strong growth period.
