Job Description
This role will be to work in a friendly, competent and welll managed team where the sucessful candidate will perform the duties of a full Planning Enforcement Officer.
You will be required to investigate breaches of planning permission, negotiate appropriate solutions and compile reports. Other special projects to include:
The Council’s pro-active projects such as places of worship, advertisement hoardings, listed buildings/conservation area issues and any other pro-active projects as required.
