Our client is a privately owned real estate development firm that is part of one of the leading business groups in the United Arab Emirates. We have been instructed to recruit an Architect with hospitality experience to manage a 5 star luxury hotel project currently in development. The scheme is part of a $5 billion mixed-use waterfront development consisting of high end residential, hospitality, offices, leisure and retail. Reporting to the Portfolio Design Manager, your role will be to effectively manage the design process and design consultants; to oversee and make successful the entire design process from pre- concept design stage through final design and for construction documentation to include the selection of designers. You will be a team manager capable of representing the firm at such a senior level. The ideal candidate will be a chartered architect with proven hands on experience in design and construction. You will be familiar with design standards, building codes and local practices.
