Well established City Centre based Architectural Practice are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in Manchester. This practice is renowned for their prestigious and high profile commercial project base.

This practice specialises not only in architecture but landscapes and interior design as well as an in-house 3D and Graphics team. This offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse design focused environment.

You will be expected to take a leading role within a dedicated project team of around ten; attending project meetings both on site and within external consultancies. Also you will be expected to liaise closely with clients, engineers and other third parties.

As Senior Architectural Technician you will ideally possess:

• A minimum of 5 years technical drawing experience
• Be AutoCAD (or similar) proficient- cross training can be provided
• Be fully conversant in UK Building Regulations
• Have Client facing interpersonal skills
• Driving licence would be desirable
• HNC in Building Studies or equivalent
