Job Description
One of the UK’s leading housing developers is currently looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to work out of their Manchester office. This company are renowned for their prestigious project portfolio and believe in organic growth and investing in their workforce.
Ideally, candidates will have 3-4 years experience in a similar role. In return you can expect to receive a competitive salary up to £40,000, 25 days holiday, a company car and fuel card, generous pension scheme, private healthcare and an annual bonus of up to 5% of salary.
You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative residential projects in Britain ranging from contemporary rural developments to urban regeneration schemes.
