In this role it will be your responsibility to ensure that this Housing Association’s strategy relating to property and building maintenance is implemented in the daily delivery and management of its services. You will manage the direction and co-ordination of the Property Services department on a day to day basis to ensure service delivery objectives are met. Also making sure that the stock is professionally and cost-effectively maintained to a high standard in line with statutory obligations.
You will hold a minimum of an HNC and have a track record of residential maintenance/construction including Voids, Planned and Cyclical Maintenance issues, as well as people management experience.
