About the Role

· You must be able to successfully carry out assigned tasks and duties as part of a project team with minimum supervision to achieve time and cost targets.
· You will resolve assigned problems or issues to support the delivery of the project or design objectives.
· Preparing technically competent reports is a key task that contributes to the delivery of the works package.
· You must oversee the technical work of less experienced colleagues ensuring compliance with pre-defined standards and take ownership of personal development in order to maintain and build professional capability.

You will be required:
To ensure the team has the continued support of experienced staff, this growing highways team requires graduate engineers to help the delivery of highway design solutions from conception to realisation. Salary ranging £22-25k.

About You

· You must hold a degree in Civil Engineering.
· You'll have previous working experience with either the Highways Agency, local authority or private sector clients,
· have excellent team working skills and be highly flexible in your approach. And,
· you'll have initiative and be able to work independently on a range of duties.
· With excellent communication skills you will be looking forward to developing your career by achieving CEng or IEng with ICE or IHT.
