Job Description
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work on New Build projects in the South East London\Surrey area.
Our client is a regional developer with an annual turnover in excess of £200 million.
Projects will include luxury apartment developments; R|C Frame, Urban Regeneration Projects.
Rates for this role will range from £250 to £320 per day, dependent on experience.
This Freelance position requires previous developer or contracting experience on similar size projects.
