Due to a major increase in their CAD workload this highly successful and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors is urgently looking to appoint a CAD Project Manager to join their busy dedicated CAD team.

You must ideally possess a minimum of 3 years pure CAD Coordination/Management exposure, be highly AutoCAD (both 2D & 3D) proficient and possess the ability to communicate well with others. This role will encompass the following:-

· allocate all jobs in-house or out of house
· keep on top of progress, monitoring individuals’ and department workloads
· keep Surveyors informed of who is handling the job
· check all work as it comes back in (open models, check levels, check room results etc)
· deal with any changes to brief and timescales
· ensure all relevant information is together and instructions are clear before handing to CAD Design Analyst.
