Job Description
The initial project to undertake in this role is the design and construction of a charity HQ in Central London. My client was approached by the charity due to their history in sustainable and environmental design. Other projects that being undertaken are retail fit outs & new builds, commercial, and residential mixed use.
As the Project Architect you will have substantial control over the design of the building as well as having a very competent team of assistants beneath you.
As the ideal candidate for this position you:
- Will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD software.
- Will be able to effectively manage a project and the project team.
- Will have a proven portfolio containing similar projects.
