P3 Project Planners are required by a leading organisation within the rail industry, responsible for the modernisation of the London Underground. Various infrastructure projects are completed from Station refurbishment, to signalling and track, telecommunications and M&E to tunnel and ventilation repair and modernisation projects.

The organisation is interested in Planners from all backgrounds including mining, mechanical, aerospace/defense, oil and gas, construction and civils, power and other industry sectors.

The organisation has a variety of Permanent and contract opportunities available and sponsorship will be offered to successful candidates if you wish to remain in the UK for the medium to long-term. Competitive salaries will be offered depending on experience with basic annual salaries ranging from approximately £26,000+ for Junior Planners to £55,000+ per annum for Planning Managers/Lead Planners. Benefits are also available including health insurance which will be offered to most candidates.

Ideally your experience will include scheduling and programming experience, producing weekly or monthly reports and perhaps even an understanding with costing, having produced CPI's, SPI's and knowledge of Earned Value analysis. You may have experience with critical path analysis. Claims and risk/risk management experience would be of interest. Understanding systems and processes is of interest and experience with bids and tenders is also useful. Working experience of Primavera P3 or P3e is helpful although training is available for Candidates who have limited experience with this Planning Software.
