Job Description
Valuation Surveyors from Surveyor to Associate level. Undertaking both regular portfolio work (from City office buildings through industrial/warehouse parks to shopping centres) and loan security work. Opportunity to develop own specialisms for more senior people. Lots of UK travel and regular client contact. Preparation of valuation reports.
MRICS but post qualification experience not essential. Commercial property valuation experience required. Candidates currently in agency, L&T and any other relevant areas will be considered. Strong report writing skills, excellent communication skills and UK working experience. Experience of Circle valuation software would be an advantage.
