Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Development Control Officer with a vibrant planning authority currently implementing large-scale redevelopment schemes and regeneration projects. You will play a key role managing a caseload of medium to major development applications encompassing mixed use residential / commercial schemes, new build flats / dwellings in conjunction with waterfront projects. Successful candidates must have acquired practical experience managing a caseload of minor to medium applications.
