Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have strong telephone skills
- As a first client contact you will be eager to offer the highest quality of service
- You will be able to handle complaints on the phone and to deal with situations

Salary
£15,000 per year
Conditions
Monday to Friday position, 9.00am to 6.00pm
On-going training will be provided
